Privacy Policy

This policy explains what FormDekho ("we", "us") does and does not do with information when you use FD Tools. The short version: your files never leave your device.

Your files

• The Image, PDF and Age tools run entirely in your web browser. When you choose a file, it is read by your browser and processed on your device.
• Your files are not uploaded to our server, not sent to any third party and not stored anywhere by us.
• Files and results exist only in your browser's memory. They are discarded when you close or refresh the page.
• Because we never receive your files, we cannot read, recover, share or sell them.

Affidavit/Declaration Maker

The names, dates, addresses and signature image you type into an affidavit or declaration are used only inside your browser to draw the document. They are not sent to us and not stored. They are gone when you close or refresh the page. Affidavits and declarations are paid. To take your payment we collect your name, email address and mobile number, and keep them together with the payment reference, the amount and how many times you downloaded. Payments are processed by Razorpay, who receive the details you enter at checkout. We never see your card or UPI details.

What we do collect

• Theme choice. If you switch to dark mode, your browser remembers it using local storage on your device. It is never sent to us.
• Purchases. Name, email, mobile number, payment reference, amount and download count of paid documents, so we can give you support and keep our accounts. A small download code is kept in your browser after payment so you can download again within the allowed time.
• Server logs. Our web host may keep standard access logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security and troubleshooting. Logs do not contain your files.

Cookies and third parties

FD Tools itself does not set tracking cookies. If we add analytics or advertising in the future, we will update this page and describe what those services collect. Those services must never receive your files, as our security settings block the tools from sending data to other websites.

Security

• Pages are served with strict browser security headers.
• Each file is checked by its real contents before it is used. Executables, scripts, SVG files and files whose contents do not match their name are rejected.
• PDFs are never run, only read as documents.

No online service can promise perfect security, but our design removes the largest risk: there is no copy of your file on our side to be stolen.

Children

FD Tools is a general-purpose service and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
