Terms of Use

By using FD Tools you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Using the tools

• FD Tools is free for personal and business use.
• You may process files that belong to you or that you have permission to use.
• Limits apply to keep the tools fast: up to 30 files and 50 MB in total per batch.

What you must not do

• Use the tools to process content that is illegal or that you have no right to use.
• Try to upload malware, or to attack, overload or probe the service or other users.
• Use the Affidavit/Declaration Maker to state anything that is false or misleading. You are responsible for the details you enter and for having the affidavit notarized as required.
• Remove a password from a PDF that you are not authorized to open.

Payments

Affidavits and declarations are paid. The price is shown before you pay. After payment you can edit and download the document a limited number of times within a limited time, as shown at checkout. The preview is watermarked and is not valid for use. Payments are taken by Razorpay. If a payment is taken but you cannot download, contact us with your payment ID.

Your files and your responsibility

Your files stay on your device and we never receive them. You are responsible for keeping backups of your originals. Results such as compressed, converted or enhanced files may differ from the original in quality. Always check a result before you rely on it.

No warranty

FD Tools is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that results will meet your requirements.

Limit of liability

To the extent allowed by law, FormDekho is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of FD Tools, including lost files or data.

Intellectual property

The FD Tools design, text and logo belong to FormDekho. Your files remain yours. We claim no rights over them.

Changes and availability

We may change, suspend or remove any tool, and may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
